Our overall aim is to increase the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying Cluster headache (CH) a.k.a Horton’s headache. We hypothesize that genetic factors can increase and/or decrease the risk for CH. We have screened 644 Swedish CH patients using the Illumina GSA chip and are in need of a Swedish Control material to compare our results and believe the SweGen data set would be perfect. We therefore request information on individual data; gender, age, if the individuals suffer from CH and/or migraine (onset if available) and smoking habits (if available).
