Abstract

The project aims to analyze the global gene expression and DNA mutations in freshly isolated mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow and other resources in order to understand biological activities of the cells in health and diseases. Specifically, we will perform RNA sequencing and DNA sequencing of the cells in High throughput Illunima 2000.
