In this project, we will investigate the role of somatic mutations in how individuals with lung cancer responds to anti-cancer drugs, i.e. toxicity levels. Whole genomes of 96 individuals were sequenced and the somatic variants were called. We will use this project space to annotate these somatic variants. Using three cell lines and their response to cytotoxic drugs, we will identify the somatic variants that could contribute to toxicity response.
