The current project data are part of project sllstore2017002 on Milou. Those data need to be transferred to Bianca, and we therefore need 150 Tb of space (which is more than the maximum amount that can be applied for in the system). The main research goal of the project is to investigate genetic risk variants for schizophrenia, using SNP array and whole exome sequencing data from patients with schizophrenia and control subjects.
