In this project we intend to investigate genetic/hereditary causes of various familial cancers, including breast cancer, lymphoma and colon cancer. The projects include whole genome sequencing of human DNA from blood samples donated by patients. We currently (December 2017) have two projects on Milou that we need to transfer to this project. The two projects that need to be moved are b2014253 and b2015381. These two projects now only hold 5.2TB of data, after extensive tidying… but will start to grow again once we (re)start data processing and analysis. In addition, we are planning to whole genome sequence about 20 additional individuals during 2018.
