Abstract

From basic science to translation, modern biomedical research demands computational models which integrate several interacting physical systems. Through collaboration with international partners, the developed software CHeart - a finite-element code for biomedical research - is in place for advanced multiphysics simulations. Having establihsed and tested CHeart in small scale problems in a prevoius small allocation, and stress tested the same in a medium allocation, we are now seeking to expand the usage into large FSI-based models requiring substantial compute increase.
