FermiForge is a computational framework under development for self-consistent, spin-resolved modelling of inhomogeneous superconductors and superfluids. Building on SuperConga and established quasiclassical methods, it extends the scope to spin-triplet pairing, Fermi-liquid interactions and complex order-parameter textures. Current development uses competing vortex-core structures in superfluid helium-3 as demanding benchmarks. Planned applications include superconducting–magnetic hybrids and Josephson devices, where spin-dependent phenomena can enable non-reciprocal transport and functionality relevant to quantum technology. The project combines modern Fortran and MPI parallelisation with improved convergence methods, with a longer-term goal of portable GPU acceleration.
