Abstract
The NAISS bioinformatics support needs a project to allow us to invite external users (e.g. some NBIS staff and selected members of other user groups) to help us test and benchmark new and existing software and pipelines.
The outcome of these tests will be made part of NAISS documentation and will inform our work with software installs and software recommendations.
