Abstract
We have an environmental management and assessment project with samples of filtrated water, biofilm from stones, bulk samples of benthic microfauna from lakes and streams in Sweden. The samples are sequenced with 18s, 12s and partly 16s and CO1 and we process them with the nf-core ampliseq pipeline.
