We are organising a 1 week PhD course (2-6/11) called "Genetic epidemiology" at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg. On the course, we would like to include introduction on working on Bianca/UPPMAX and also include hands on workshops in Bianca. We will have ~10 students attending the course. The current application is for this course and that we are asking for a project only during October to November. I have ongoing projects on Bianca and am aware of the move to Arrhenius. If everything is not yet set up on Arrhenius, I am wondering if it would be possible to have the PhD course on Bianca where we know how it works.
