Abstract
This project will be used to analyse our CRISPR/Cas9 screening data with the aim to set up and optimise alternative CRISPR screening methodologies such as CRISPRi, CRISPRa and CRISPR-X and improve the precision and applicability of these methods.
It will also be used to analyse, compare and derive overarching information from user projects run at the CRISPE Functional Genomics facility.
