Abstract
We use genomics, metagenomics, transcriptomics, metatranscriptomics, proteomics and metaproteomics to investigate the genetic makeup and regulation of the ecology of marine bacterioplankton. We study bacteria in a number of different sea areas, including the Baltic Sea, Mediterranean and Atlantic.
