Abstract
This is a single-cell transcriptomic project concerning patients with autoantibody-mediated neurological disorders, primarily myasthenia gravis and autoimmune encephalitides. The aim of the project is primarily to identify biomarkers for subgrouping and secondarily finding aetiological exlanations.
