This project took microbiome samples longituginally before and after cervical cancer treatment (n= around 100 depends on sample types). The microbiome samples including swabs from rectal and vaginal, saliva samples, as well as the fecal samples. Healthy vagianl swabs were collected and used as a control group. All the samples had been carried out metagenomic with shotgun sequencing. The data could be grouped as before vs. after treatment, and according to HPV infection status. The metagenomic analysis including alpha, beta diversity, functional analysis, potential virus genome analysis are needed to be analysed from raw sequencing data. Data before and after treatment, different body sites will be compared.
