Abstract

3D modeling of acoustic holography requires multiphysics simulation using COMSOL software, including the acoustic, solid mechanics and electrostatics models, which is highly complex. Here, the 3D model with fine element sizes is needed to ensure the results to be converged. The estimated degrees of freedom is approximate 10-200 million. Single node with 1024-2048 GB memory may be needed to run such a large simulation.
