Abstract
The project investigates the effect of seafloor disturbance, primarily through bottom trawling, on a range of biological and biogeochemical parameters, including microbial communities. DNA and RNA samples are from benthic sediments at field stations with difference commercial trawling intensities and also from field experiments.
