This proposal is a continuation of NAISS 2024/5-468 and aims to complete genome-resolved metagenomic and amplicon-based analyses of environmental microbiomes. The work focuses on final validation, data curation, and retrieval of datasets generated under the previous NAISS allocation, as well as completion of manuscripts based on these results. The continuation primarily supports access to NAISS compute and storage infrastructure for limited, targeted analyses, quality control, and preparation of publication-ready outputs. No large-scale exploratory computation is planned. Requested resources are modest and proportional to the remaining project needs, and storage access is required via takeover of the associated NAISS storage allocation to ensure data continuity and compliance with NAISS data management policies.
