At Umeå center for functional brain imaging (UFBI) we strive to understand human brain structure and function un health and disease using magnetic resonance imaging scans. We perform data assessments of large cohorts (cross-sectional and longitudinal) and using automated analysis softwares we are able to obtain important metrics of brain structure and function that can be used in our research. The current application aims to secure the computational capacity to apply state of the art analytic methods to the collected brain data.
