Abstract
This is a first part of a larger project and we will develop a haplotype reference panel from 50 deep sequenced individuals (16-30x) of northern wheatears (Oenanthe oenanthe). Data for this first subproject only concerns these 50 individuals collected from a 20 year time series. Data will be used to investigate whether the quality of the samples change with time and to make a library preparation and sequencing.
