Abstract
Phosphoproteomics requires specific computational tools for functional analysis of the data. In this project we would like to test different available tools, and further develop them if needed. We will also use the resorces for deconvolution of bulk proteomics data to assess cell type content. The cloud setup is ideal for interactive usage and complex installations.
