The purpose of the Synesthesia and autism twin study (SATS) is to investigate the functional neural correlates of visual perception in autism and in synesthesia. In SATS, we have structural and functional MRI data from approximately 100 individuals. The data includes T1 anatomical images, fieldmap images, functional resting state images, and functional images from two visual perception experiments. We apply for a NAISS-SENSE project to run preprocessing and analysis of this data. Since it is sensitive and personal data, we apply for a project at the Bianca cluster.
