Abstract
The aim of the project is to create a pangenome based on Swedish and Icelandic Arctic charr. For the former, we will use the GCF_045679555.1 assembly created by my group and a draft assembly from Icelandic Arctic charr that was created through a collaboration between SLU and Holar University in Iceland.
