Abstract
Our goal is to find a kinase inhibitor that mimics the effects of SOX21 expression. To do this, we want to identify the profile of kinases that are downregulated by SOX21 expression. We collected transcriptome and phosphoproteome data for two cell lines and established a preliminary profile of kinases downregulated by SOX21. However, for a more in-depth assessment of these kinase profiles, we would like to use advanced DL models such as LEMBAS.
