Abstract

The aim of the project is to study human endometrial regeneration by looking at the stem cell trajectory in different phases of proliferative endometrium. We have a total of 9 samples collected from healthy women during early, mid and late proliferative phase. Visium-HD, one of the latest spatial transcriptomic technology, has been performed and we would like to study the spatial and temporal expression of genes and cell distribution.
