This project is a NBIS TDP (Technology Development Project), which is a collaboration between NBIS, the Spatial Proteomics platform and the Spatial MS platform. It involves the analysis of data from multiple different modalities of Mass Spec Imaging data together with protein detection data from Spatial proteomics. With many imaging datasets we need to increase the size of the project. Each dataset is around 100G and we will get more data soon.
