Dynamics of micro-swimmers in turbulent flow is a fundamental physical problem, which helps use understand the motion of microorganisms in complex flow environment, or the motion of artificial micro- or nano-robots. We use direct numerical simulation and experimental techiques to investigate related problems. Both the simulations and experiments generate massive amount of data, including the turbulent flow fields data and high-resolutional microscopic experimental videos. A massive storage is required to preserve and manipulate these data.
