Aim: The goal of this grant is i) to provide the first comprehensive and integrative map of the transcriptomic changes in the peripheral sensory system, at the single cell level, in different neuropathic pain models ii) to use this knowledge to investigate whether we can prevent or reverse the epigenetic and transcriptomic state modifications and pain sensitisation observed after peripheral nerve injury.
