Abstract
The allocation NAISS 2025/22-1344: “SLUBI metagenomics computation” is the SLU Bioinformatics Infrastructure (SLUBI) associated to the projects managed by SLUBI for the SLU NJ (natural resources and agricultural sciences) faculty. This has allowed for centralizing computing used across projects at the NJ faculty and reduced the burden and usage on the UPPMAX resources. Many projects are now under process.
