100 human pancreatic cancer organoids has been established within the PRECODE project (PancREatic Cancer OrganoiDs), and proteomics, transcriptomics and genomics data have been generated with ScilLifeLab facilities. We now aim to: 1) Establish a multiomics database relating molecular features of PDAC to clinical outcomes, 2) Discover new tumor subtypes correlating with patient outcome based on our integrated multiomics database, 3) Determine therapeutic targets based on the molecular signature of the tumors (precision medicine), and 4) Develop a graphical user interface platform for answering the hypothesis-specific questions of the scientific community using our database NBIS long term support (aka WABI) is granted for this project.
