This compute project is being used to analyse data from different projects:
1) mice-HFD: The aim of this project is to delineate immune-microbiome interactions under healthy or metabolically disordered conditions, as well as to evaluate their effects on metabolic dysfunction, cognitive impairment, and neuroimmune modulation in mice.
2): EUBACT-II: The aim of this project is to investigate the duration of ESBL-EC faecal carriers in patients with recurrent UVI caused by ESBL-EC and the role of the gut mirobiome.
3) Carioca: characterisation of the antimicrobial resistance and microbial community of an urban river.
