Abstract
We are a new laboratory at SLU working on the evolutionary genomics of plants (I started in post 1 July 2025; three PhD students are currently onboarding). We are 100% bioinformatic, working on phased polyploid T2T assemblies, population-level pangenome construction, traditional large-scale popgen, population history modelling and sometimes computationally demanding modelling of demographic history of many genomes.
