Abstract
This is a 10-day experimental study using a microcosm. It aims to describe the response of the native bacterial community in sediment collected from Lake Vänern after exposure to a mixture of antibiotics and an invasive antibiotic-resistant bacteria (Escherichia coli). The bacterial communities were targeted using the variable regions V3-V4 of the 16S ribosomal RNA subunit.
