Abstract
We are interested in understanding the different functions of the RNA exosome in the cell nucleus. We have several projects related to the roles of the RNA exosome in animal cells:
1. Characterization of chromatin associated RNAs (caRNAs) in Drosophila melanogaster.
2. The role of DIS3 in DNA repair and transcription.
3. The role of EXOSC10 in the maintenance of genome integrity.
