At the Embodied Perception and Cognition group, we explore the olfactory system at the intersection of psychology, culture, neuroscience, and medicine. We possess multiple datasets encompassing behavioral measures, eye movements, heart rate, respiration, and EEG recordings from at least 50 participants. Currently, we study the interactions between the olfactory bulb, respiration, and pupil dynamics. To analyze these complex relationships, we plan to employ deep neural network models. Given the computational demands of such models, access to the NAISS server would allow us to run multiple models simultaneously and accelerate our research.
