The U-SCREEN-VIZ trial is part of the Uppsala självscreening för hjärtkärlhälsa (U-SCREEN) where 30 000 individuals in the screening arm will self-screen for CVD risk factors e.g. by home-based blood pressure measurements. https://www.uu.se/en/department/medical-sciences/research/research-groups/clinical-epidemiology/u-screenThe purpose of the U-SCREEN-VIZ trial is to develop and validate communication strategies of CVD risk to gain evidence-based knowledge which can contribute to more effective screening and prevention, and thereby save lives and societal costs. As part of this project, qualitative data will be collected through semi-structured interviews.
