Abstract
In this second stage of our project, the location and movement of the cows will be used to investigate disease transmission based on network information. Data have been collected on two farms with around 200 cows on each farm. The position of every cow is recorded at 1 Hz. High-performance computing is required to compute the network information over longer time periods.
