Abstract

I am Data-Driven Life Science Fellow in Infectious Biology with focus on interaction and spatial proteomics using high-resolution mass spectrometry based proteomics. We are generating large amounts of data using co-fractionation mass spectrometry (>600 MS files per experiment) and we are in need of a cold storage for already analyzed files prior to submission to fair repositories (ProteomeExchange/PRIDE/MAssiVE). Currently (06-10-2025) we have approx 2500 MS files (5 TB) of data that we need to store in order to be able to analyze more data that we are generating
