Abstract

Analysis of differential gene expression in space exposed cells A sample of cells was sent to space via the Axiom 3 sounding rocket then sequenced by AmpliSeq. A control was also sequenced. This project aims to analyse this data for differential gene expression to help pinpoint changes in phentotypic changes we have previously observed in sapce exposed cells.
