MISU and the Bolin Center is running a series of workshops for graduate students, postdocs and academic staff on the use of CMIP (https://wcrp-cmip.org/) data for climate research. One component of this series is an introduction workshop on the ESMvaltool (https://esmvaltool.org/) which is a community diagnostic and performance metrics tool for evaluation and analysis of Earth system models. This in person event will take place on June 11 2025 at MISU/SU. Participants will be guided through the ESMvaltool tutorial by lead developers from DLR (German weather service) and SMHI.
