Abstract
As part of the DDLS program (https://www.scilifelab.se/news/new-ddls-fellow-jose-cerca/ ) me and my group will be working on simulations of genomic data, and analysing large, empirical genomic datasets. This will consist in the creation of conda environments with tools belonging to population genomics, phylogenomics and comparative genomics.
