Abstract

The Anatolia Multiomics Project aims to identify biomarkers and therapeutic targets for precision medicine by integrating multi-layered omics data. We collect proteomics, metabolomics, and metagenomics from 10,000 patients across 150 diseases at the same time point. With over 5,000 samples sequenced for metagenomics to date, current efforts focus on abundance analysis, pathway profiling, and multi-omics data integration to uncover disease-specific molecular signatures.
