Abstract
I work in functional brain imaging (functional magnetic resonance imaging, fMRI) at Linköping University. This "project" – my first time using HPC resources – is a sandbox to see if I should proceed to use NAISS resources for larger-scale analysis of patient fMRI data (on an appropriately sensitive cluster).
