Abstract
We are a new laboratory at SLU working on the evolutionary genomics of plants. We are predominantly bioinformatic, working on population-level pangenome assembly, graph-based pangnomics, traditional large-scal popgen, population history modelling and sometimes computationally demanding modelling of demographic history of many genomes.
