Abstract

We are interested in whether changes in the mitochondrial methylation potential affect cellular RNA methylation homeostasis. We have performed long-read direct RNA sequencing using Oxford Nanopore sequencing technology on RNA extracted from skeletal muscles of mice deficient in the mitochondrial SAM transporter.
