scRegNegBin is an extension of the previous project, scRegClust, recently published in Nature Communications.
Master student André Lasses Armantowski has extended scRegClust to a negative binomial setting to account for the extreme sparsity of single-cell data sets generated by our partners at the Nelander lab in Uppsala. In addition, André has improved on the scRegClust package in terms of runtimes and visualization. To finalize his thesis and complete the paper we need to run scRegClust on several large data sets for validation and thus request access to the cluster.
