Dardel will help to analysis some scRNAseq data which is published. I will use this data to study basic and clinical immunological functions, specially focused on thymic T cell development. I need to use Dardel to connect with internet to download some conda software to analyze the single cell seqeunce data. The aim is to analyse sex differences in thymic transcriptome.
