Abstract
In this project I will store and handle genomic data generated by NGI. My project aims at investigating genomic variation in the endangered Iberian lynx (Lynx pardinus) population in southern Spain in a project granted by FORMAS (no 2022-02799). My current research is focused at identifying structural variants in long read sequencing data.
