Abstract

The Molecular Programming Group is interested in conducting spatial reconstruction algorithms of sequencing data that have been experimentally engineered to form networks storing spatial information in the Watson-Crick base sequences of DNA molecules. This is part of an ongoing project to develop a sequencing-based, entirely optics-free, form of molecular imagining. Our reconstruction algorithm involves a combination of classical bioinformatics sequence data processing combined with graph theoretic principles implemented by our researchers.
