Abstract
Brodinlab aims to elucidate the contribution of the neo and perinatal gastrointestinal microbiome on immune development and immune function to better understand human physiology and pathophysiology.
PDC will be used for bioinformatics analyses of shotgun metagenomic sequencing data which involves: data pre-processing, taxonomic profiling, functional profiling, assembly, binning, statistical analyses etc.
