Abstract

Fluid dynamics calculations will be performed in a PhD project related to wind-structure interaction. The investigation aims to study how slender bridge components behave under vortex-induced vibrations. The analyses require time-consuming numerical simulations using Ansys Fluent and user-defined subroutines.
